Often confused with Yoga, Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. Created as a system of body weight exercises to improve core strength, increase flexibility, and enhance postural alignment. Residents will notice an improvement in their stronger and a overall improvement in their balance.
Put on your dance shoes, the party is about to begin. Zumba is a fun and exciting aerobic dance party inspired by the rhythmic beats of Latin American Music. The benefits include, toning the entire body, melting away of calories, and having a GREAT time in the process.
A highly charged cardio workout that is HIGH energy and HIGHLY motivating. The class involves
intensive interval training, challenging cardio segments, and resistance training for a overall dynamic
dynamic full body burn.
This is not your Drill Sargent Boot Camp. Instructors will guide residents through a structured class involving strength training, body resistance exercises and intense cardio intervals. This class will leave your residents feeling both exhausted and rejuvenated all at once.
Cycling focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, and high intensity training. Residents will be taken on a journey each and every class through mountain ranges and all out sprints to the finish line. Buckle up!
